those are his scale, they can shift color(as he is a dragon, like a lizard but better) he wears them a lot since most normal clothes get ripped easily in battle. he has no Saitama gloves 🤣🤣🤣

It's less about his rank and more about the job he did. People hate goblins as they are a direct menace to society.

That's the catch, people do steal the money, but Liam doesn't. So it makes a statement about him as a character, even though he's a villain.

They are based on physics. Even at the current chapters, other magic dragons haven't showed up so speaking of them is a spoiler. But you can guess.
