Dude, I honestly don't what to say. This whole story is happening in 1938, there isn't much materia in harry potter book and movies. I am using my imagination to come up with it and drawing some inspiration from original. I am not copying from Harry Potter, as you bluntly say.

I am making up original characters and combining two different and complex world slowly. What more original do you expect? Yes, in this chapter, I took inspiration from snape and harry potter. As, Dumbledore was truly somewhat like that to Tom. He even regretted it later.
