yes, I remember him bringing that up in the last chapter, but how did it scale is a better question, cus from F+ to E- was a 15 point increase. but then he shows a C stat at 225 required, when if it scaled at 15 it'd only be about 120. so, I'm more looking for the scaling than anything.

should be, it's basically similar to what rogue did to miss marvel in the 90's cartoon, didn't just absorb life force but absorbed their essence. though miss marvel technically lived though was in a coma

she may be able to lower the power behind an attack, but she can't lower her reaction time and auto/unconscious reactions, so even limiting strength and speed she'd still be OP in comparison because of the lvl diff.

obviously he can't, she's lvl 5, even with the templates, she's just that much stronger, technique can only cover so much of a difference. and lvl 2 to lvl 5 is way too huge a gap
