Historically accurate. Henry IV was 14 when he married Mary De Bohun (11). The most extreme case I remember was of Isabella of Valois who married Richard II (29) when she was 6!

Maybe decision about Harry was evil, but you can't call him evil when he was ready to die himself to destroy Voldemort for the greater good. Dumbledor himself isn't evil. Just situations. I told you that Harry was doomed from the moment prophecy was created. If not for Dumbledor who would have taken care of Harry? Who would have created at least some working plan where Harry has a CHANCE to survive? Voldemort casts a killing curse, making Harry a horcrux, every normal adult the moment they understand what that means casting AK in Harry's head without care that it's child.

Dumbledor wasn't evil. He created a perfect plan to destroy horcrux without Harry's death. Harry was doomed without Dumbledor from the start. If you read the forth book when Harry told Dumbledor that Dark lord takee HIS BLOOD for ritual, Dumbledor was happy, BCS solution how to save Potter was created. The game was rigged from the start.
