nerves themselves don't hurt, there have to be pain receptors. he'd feel numb if the nerves were damaged though as the connection to those parts of the body were damaged

TBH, it's everyone or mostly everyone. Not really much to chose there.

I'm guessing there's a time dilation. like, 1 hour on Earth is day in game - that would make the time between the updates a bit under a year at this point which is fairly reasonable for long running MMO especially with the stuff that's been going on on Earth

also, volcano dragons are the biggest species, so that is bad metric to go by as well
The dragon's corpse, almost as large as Vesuvius, lay motionlessly, the ice and scales protecting its body littered with black seared holes, the biggest one in its chest. Its golden and blue eyes were dull, like these of a dead fish.
