Of course, the Fourth Mizukage wasn't an easy opponent, and he blocked Utakata's strings with his hook weapon. But Utakata was aiming for that, and once the strings wrapped around his weapon, Utakata pulled Yagura to himself. This was a fight between the two of them

As much as the village valued the strength of the shinobi, they feared it too. The village knew of its mistreatment of the other lower caste citizens, so if someone from the lower caste was getting a bit too strong, they were culled before it was too late. Konoha has ITS own darkness, but the experimentation is not representing Konoha, ITS danzo and Orochimaru, especially danzo, hes basically the donor and the mastermind. When you look outside what you said about konoha, which is a small fraction of it, you Will see that everything is better than the mist, the relationship between commoner and clan, how they treat their ninja, ITS just everything.
Utakata could only tell that Yagura didn't value human life at all. But most of the Mist shinobi thought the same. The strong was what mattered to the village, even if they contradicted themselves. To Utakata, it was clear that the village valued its history the most since the academy times. The founder clans were more important than anything else. - Kukukuku9dReplied to Deippy_DeippyToo bad, Mist didn't have many options in different nature releases as much as water jutsu can be versatile. Lightning made most water jutsu obsolete. And earth nature jutsu was a good counter for water. It was best against fire, but fire jutsu was mainly used by Leaf Village, and they were famous for their jutsu versatility. That was one of the reasons they are considered the strongest shinobi village.
