I mean really, did the Antels personally made his life hell or does he believe that Cherion stole his life. What’s up with his hateful grudge directed sorely on Cherion?
As the tailor fussed over the hem, a sharp memory pierced through Philia's satisfaction. He remembered that day, not so long ago, when he had caught a glimpse of Cherion doing a fitting of his own. It had been a much humbler affair, yet something about the way the light had hit Cherion's face had stayed with him like a splinter. He shook the thought away, a tight, cold smile touching his lips. He wouldn't lose to Cherion. Not in the North, and certainly not here in the heart of the Empire where the hierarchy was written in stone.

Behind him, Reiner and Ezek followed in a loose, somewhat confused formation, holding their own smoke-makers like they were carrying sacred relics rather than bundles of dried weeds they'd spent the last hour frantically gathering from the frost-bitten gardens.

He pressed his palms against Zarius's shoulder, pushing every last scrap of his soul into the light. The flicker of light blinked on, and then it just... exploded. Cherion's skin started glowing, this golden warmth pouring into Zarius, pushing the dark veins away.

In Omegaverse it’s only kind of romantic when referred to them as MY Omega/Alpha. Outside of that it just sounds like you’re just saying it to not confuse names between others. Kind of like a cheater always saying babe or baby, no name. In other stories it’s just to remind you of your status.
"You're not that heavy, if that's what you're worried about," Zarius replied, his voice sounding a bit more strained than usual, though he kept his stride steady as he headed toward the horses. "I'm taking you home, little Omega. You do want to go home, don't you?"
