How?? Its impossible.. Foundation data is kept within the Intranet. No one can access without physically being there.

I read it somewhere in the SCP wiki that a few SCP's release a small Electromagnetic wavelength mostly undetectable by normal devices. But the SCPs which are or were in containment, Foundation figured out that wavelength. They built a scanner around it. Its like a Flight rader. If you got the data of the enemy's aircraft then iits easy to detect.
