One of the better novels I have come across in the read free section. A captivating read. When the author is on point you will be hard pressed to find a better read. At times the author gets bogged down in development or distracted but this doesn't detract from the story and doesn't last long. I think this is more updating frequency and story catching up to where author has fully flushed the story. Character development and interactions is some of the best. I'm a binge reader so this is something I notice in almost all novels and tends to be hard to maintain. not noticeable if you read 20 chapters a day but noticable when 100 chapters in a day. and this is the only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars. wether you binge read or read a little at a time this novel will keep calling you back that's for sure

not sure if it is cause I read the novel first but really expected a darker more realistic feel to the drawing. having said that's just a personal thing as I am really excited to see where this comic takes off too. Can't wait to compare and contrast how I thought things and how others may imagine them.duper excited binge time

okay will probably give a solid later but author had me sold with one line synopsis. " alien cattle/livestock that will your bowels explode"

Read about half the free chapters so far. in the initial 30 chapters story has a very amateur writing style feel this maybe intentionally done as it does make the MC and support characters stand out in their presents development. pacing is really good and is one of the hardest things to do. This book is worth the read if it continues to be updated and the world gets flushed out as more time goes on. having said that it's great if you want to binge read or if you read to unwind and will only cover a few chapters a day. chapters don't overload you with useless information but still provides the feeling of having read a good amount into story with a few chapters at a time. I'll be keeping an eye for more works by this author.

Book is slow development. MC isn't 100% well built in the 30 chapters read. having said that the author is really good at keeping the MC in character and there is steady development on MC and world. plot armor is there but we'll balanced it doesn't lead to stagnation of of world and character development. This novel seems to be worth the read and patience at this time.

i feel that sudden ambition wasn't that sudden. He thought of himself as a vassal to an empire. He always wanted to be in a leadership role. so this is the perfect mentality and thought process for mc and a person who was once a thug.
