You're correct, But I still feel like earth + lightning makes a lot more sense. I always have felt that earth + wind should have been more in line with dust (Which it actually is w/ Onoki) rather than magnetism, but magical chakra and all.

Lightning + Earth seems more fitting for this.

With only five chapter (which are of fairly high quality) there is not much to go on for a review so I will give it 5 stars as of the time being. I can see this having an incredible amount of potential and it's at least to me pretty creative.

Maybe a quirk dampening blade that works like Aizawa's quirk but when cut kind of like a poison.
