Actually, no. Marvel is a part of Omniverse. Like you can say that there are multiple clusters of multiverse that make that specific Omniverse. For example, DC, Godzilla, etc. In a traditional sense, Marvel doesn't have an Omniverse. Because it can't. See, it goes like the Universe, and where there are multiple universes, it's a multiverse, and when there are multiple multiverses, it's an Megaverse (or you can call it Gigaverse) and finally, multiple Megaverse becomes 1 Omniverse. In traditional sense, I think only Ben 10 is the singular series which claims that it's in a Omniverse. Like an Omniverse exists of just Ben 10. While Marvel and even DC says that Omniverse exists which includes everything. Fiction and even real world. So Marvel isn't an Omniverse but it might be a part of Omniverse. In Marvel, it's never shown or regarded as an Omniverse, though Ben 10 is😅😅😅😅 Second, like Phoenix, she has multiple Avatars in each universe other than in the twin zombie universe cluster. But unlike Phoenix, she isn't shown on the Multiversal level, combining all her Avatars. Though the multiversal level beings can't kill her unless they destroy that entire universe. Even then, she will be only killed in that particular Universe because that universe doesn't exist. Basically, she is in every universe other than in which, the concept of death is dead. So yes, she is powerful but no, she doesn't have a cannon singular multiversal consciousness.
