the AI is pure magic, zero technology, he cant use technology with order based magic because of the Silver, you know, in DC we have realms based on forces of nature, like the Green, the Blue, the Red, the Black, etc.. and the Silver connects to any and all technology sentience or processing power in DC, and Order based magic can't mix with the parliaments and their Realms, it needs to be pure magic to work on the helmet.
