yeah you're right đ I've not thought about that. my thought was that it was a really poor orphanage made by Rosie who was kicked out of her family. so she has no real support from the government or her family and has to do it all by herself. but I'll think of a way to make it better. tysm for pointing it out!

not all of the pure blood's are bad. There are a lot of good "light" families or muggleborn families that could open an orphanage and not hire a pureblood bigot and hire someone who knows how to work with children.
