but I will say off the top of my head suros having a death on screen actually hit me in the feels. that wasn't in the LN.

I mean yeah it's great I won't lie especially that first season. but some of the stuff they cut kinda ruins some character development for me. for instance skipping zeniths chapter at the end of the the first volume is like blasphemy. skipping over Derick redbat seriously!? skipping over the whole of the beggerat continent? the fight scenes are great but imo they were not what sold me on mushoku tensei in fact if they took them out I'd be still happy with the series. but when you mess around with character development it hurts to see even if it's in a great light.
