The only reason I didn't make 5000 or 10000 of them, is that it would be too expensive, even for me, and honestly overkill. Sorry, that I am just getting to read your comment. Here is the reason why the multiplier is so low, I just found out that SSJ4 gives a multiplier of 132,000 and in full powered state, a multiplier of 158,000. I don't want to change it as it is already broken as it is right now.
