I find it disappointing that anytime she speaks to them, it is to ask where Riftan is. No bonding or interesting friendships forming there.

I don't understand anything now! Did I miss something ? Did that part disappear from the story now? The only dream I see is the dandelion one, and there are no mentions of any of this. I did think it was weird she woke up saying "what a horrible dream" when she dreamt of her brother 🤔
