I am not saying Dojutsu are weak. I am just saying human potential should come first, rather than just the Otsutsuki bloodline. No matter what you say, Sage Body and Sage Eyes both come from the Otsutsuki bloodline. And, my god, you have a big misunderstanding of the Boruto series. You should watch some of the NC Hammers ' videos to truly understand the power gap between Naruto and Boruto. If you can't do that, then just think of this example. Jonin Level Base Naruto plus Six Paths Sage Mode equals Kage Level Base Naruto plus KCM+Sage Mode. You can clearly find this difference by looking at Sage Mode Naruto's battle with Madara against Base Naruto's battle with fused Momoshiki. Both times Naruto got defeated, but their abilities to cope with the situation tell the difference in experience and base strength.

Here is something I would like to say. Ten-Tails Jinchuriki are immune to Ninjutsu, but Otsutsuki aren't. They need to use Rinnegan or Karma to absorb it. So, your idea of Otsutsuki Chakra plus Natural Energy equals Six Paths Senjutsu Chakra is correct, but Six Paths Sage Mode means Six Paths Senjutsu plus Chakra of Nine Tails, with the Chakra of the other eight tailed beasts. Naruto still has latter in the Boruto Era but lost the former.
