History the author keeps forcing the plot and it’s terrible and ruins the novel

I enjoy it but it breaks the immersion every time you include headers for the upcoming paragraphs. If you could edit that out then even if it’s ai it’s fine but as it is now it’s decent but that ruins it for me.
