oh god, this made my day 😂😂
My grandparents got married when they were 15 and 13. 👀
it's weird to read Maximilian and Croyso together. Calypse suits better.
Was it announced that updates will be Mondays and Thursdays? I'm confused. I read some comments that it will Mondays and Fridays. Will it be 2 chapters every week?? Then when can we read Book 2? Next year?
They had a cruel childhood but some things were worth remembering. Hopefully he'll come clean to Maxi bc it seems she forgot it.
Because step-parents are parents too . They are kind enough to love you as their own. They are not rare, there's a lot of them, it's just that stepmom/stepdad were often vilify.
And did that work out for you, Riftan? Ahh the more hate someone, the more you think about them. There's a thin line between love and hate. If you wanna get them out of your system, ignore them.
Aww that's cute
TELL HIM, MAXI!
BOO!!
Oh I forgot. I can't remember if it was mentioned that he owns something. I'm trying to remember where or what chapter I read it.
You're always beautiful, Maxi. 😭
Yes. that's what I remember. Maxi's ancestors was the "royals" in the continent before it was divided into 7 kingdoms. I think it was called Roem Empire. With the fall of Roem empire, Maxi's mom was the last person in their bloodline, her father is a greedy man, he married Maxi's mom for the title and land. And there's a theories going on in book 2 about bringing back the Roem empire.
She improve so much when she's in Anatol. Her garbage father really do nothing good for her.
And it will never be okay. I don't get it when someone justify abused except when it came from those who experience abused. I understand Maxi, she's trying to justify that it was okay when he beats her bc maybe that's her way to cope up. BUT SHE NEEDS TO KNOW IT IS NOT OKAY.
THIS 😭😭 This is why I love words. This is so beautiful. Telling someone you love them without saying "I love you". It felt like the love he is saying is deeper than what you know, what you feel.
uhh, tell her more
It's the king and the duke's fault. 🤬🤬
