still waiting for how maxi’s fine plays into all this.

MAXI CHOSE VIOLENCE!!!! AND THIS FELL ON A 3 DAY WAIT. 😭

The worst part is.. this would be a perfectly reasonable pace for a story if we either had the full story or a chapter a day like book 1. the tension. the drama. the war. it’s all playing out at a very reasonable pace for a book. the problem is not that the story is dragging out. the problem is waiting 3 days for essentially nothing of value to happen. that’s what’s frustrating. kindle won’t release new parts until this is almost caught up to it. and i am a snob for the official translation. 😅 all i want is more reasonable release times. which is all most of these comments are asking for. but they fall on deaf ears.. or whatever the reading equivalent of that is.

so excited to see them all back safely. Sidina’s asking the REAL questions here. 😂 have to wait 3 days for maxi’s response!!!

Maxi is finally learning. 😭 She’s finally understanding Riftan. And he’s finally coming around. IVE WAITED SO LONG FOR THIS.

Well.. we made such a big deal of maxi and the gollum rune. Cant have been for nothing!! Excited to see how this plays out.

some communication next chapter? that’s what warms my icy heart. though i love the steamy stuff, let’s have some conversation people!

this one made me a little sad. the fact that riftan is being so cold that those who care for maxi and asking her to seriously consider alternate actions than going back to anatol with him. he’s being a read butt nugget. poor maxi doesn’t deserve this.

FINALLY SOME BEGINNING COMMUNICATION!!! Part 1 of book 2 is on kindle. It goes up to chapter 40. I have to keep convincing myself not to read it because it will take this stupid app 3 weeks to get to chapter 40 and I don’t know when the next kindle book will be released. 😭 but i did cave and read just the next chapter because i couldn’t wait. so pleased with it. love this story. 💕

our maxi has come so far. 😭 and don’t worry.. i’m sure he noticed everything you think he doesn’t. he’s rather perceptive like that.

i love the comments saying this was their plan all along having maxi join the campaign. that the remdragon knights would join of their own accord because maxi was there. that’s an interesting take.. i wonder if we’ll ever know but i’m counting down to riftan and maxi making up. let’s see some good communication!!!

glad that maxi is starting to reflect on riftans behavior and learn his signs. hope for our girl yet! and this was such a ruth moment. 😂 i couldn’t imagine their reunion in any other way.
