Yes, that's possible. And since this is a magical world, it might even be very easy—for example, if a shrinking charm worked on buildings, they could move that building just like Hank Pym does in Marvel.
Apocrypha the Hermaeus Mora's Daedric plane of forbidden knowledge.
"Diagon Alley, was believed to have been built some time in the early 1500s, along with the rest of the wizarding street. However, there is a possibility that Ollivanders was the oldest building, records dating back to the early fourth century B.C." This is a literal excerpt from Wiki. We do not know exactly when Ollivanders was established, but Wiki states that it probably stood in this location even before Diagon Alley was built, around 400 years before Christ or the Common Era.
Ollivanders was a wand shop founded in 382 B.C.
It's not a bad fanfic, but the translation could be better. David's nickname is originally Ghost, but due to a translation error, everyone calls him Quiet. If I'm not mistaken, around chapter 100, everyone suddenly becomes Russian and swears in Russian. Night City is located in America, and the game features characters from Asian countries as well as Russia, for example, there are Tiger Claws and Reapers. But neither Rouge nor Vic are from Russia, so it's strange that they suddenly swear in that language. In addition, David meets SUZU, which is the Russian name for EDI from Mass Effect. So while the story is quite good, the translation is very sloppy.
"Cyberpunk 2077"; Year, not 2000 yet
Hiruzen is a puppet that can be manipulated if you know what to do.
Literally, what I just did, was read this fanfic and it made me want to play Cyberpunk again, so I just wiped Watson clean, and now I'm going to meet up with Jackie in Afterlife to progress main quest.
