They are just people who WANT to be easily offended in life. These people thing that if any other nation is mentioned it is nationalism. I remember when REAL nationalism was going on in these LNs where the author would make racist comments about every other country out there and say they were all stupid. Then have the MC kill them and say it is ok because they aren't from my country and it isn't considered murder because they aren't form my country. That is where the original anger towards nationalism started and came from. Now we get people freaking out if another country ends up being an enemy. They act like wars in RL have never happened between 2 or more different countries. I mean WW1, WW2 and other wars never happened or something I guess.

then i guess you will never be satisfied with a LN since there is always a bad guy. If there are no bad guys then you are reading a G rated LN or watching a G rated Movie made for kids under 8 years old. There will always be bad guys. On top of that it was no worse than I explained. It didn't go radical or nuts, which are the only reason to give a crap about it. Otherwise the people freaking out over it are actually the nuts and not the LN it's self. Why are so many people so easily offended? I swear these people would be the people the freak out because someone accidentally farted in the elevator. They sound like a bunch of "Karens".

Yes, I would suggest reading this LN. There is no Nationalism going on in this LN as these people keep freaking out about. The only time that you could even claim nationalism was when 2 governments sent 2 scout teams to work together on the other side of the portals that just opened up. The 1st team comes from a nation that doesn't even exist in our reality and only exists in the LN. The 2nd team comes from the same country as the MC. They ran into the MC, on the other side of the portal, and thought that the MC had fallen through a portal by mistake. Team 2 wanted to have the MC come with them so that they could protect him. Team 1 said NO because he would be a burden because he was to weak and they had a mission to complete and because the MC wasn't the only non-military person who had wandered into the portals that would end up being to weak to be there. Please remember that Team 1 does have their own countries agendas to think about. So does team 2. In the end the MC said no thanks and left to do stuff on his own. Later the MC saw them again and the 2 teams were running away from a POWERFUL monster and team 1 was using team 2 as their scape goats. That was all there was to this supposed Nationalism that these people are freaking out about.

This is one of the best light novels I have read! As others have said the MC does not remain stupid. He gets much better. Check out chapter 416 and that will give you some idea of how things become. This light novel just gets better and better. The MC becomes a werwolf and vampire hybrid.
