from my experience it is better to have a hot shower right after gym, than have cold ones outside of the workout, it helps muscles to relax

thanks for the chapter tho if i may recommend something can you make the chapters longer? i dont mind them taking 2 or 3 days with more length but with how they are now they are simply to short
