I tried searching a bit and Red eyes dark dragoon is an op dark magician and red eyes b dragon fusion card that was unbanned not that long ago.

I think it might because the Hulk in infinity war was more Developed(?) compared to when he fought iron man. He had more emotions other than rage and could comprehend the difference in strength and skill between him and Thanos. Less rage = lower strength for the hulk
