From how it sounds, the demons been hiding in the shrine feeding off the islanders this whole time? But if that was only its spirit, what if it has a main body somewhere else, like in h*ll which is where its been taking the islanders souls?... so if father Songs had a past on the island before, the demon had its eye on him all this time, as the perfect vessel to come back? but I'm still lost on who marked him 😅...
