It is similar to Days of Future Past universe. There is a reason Franklin didn’t just stop everything with his powers. Something that will be revealed later on and will definitely make many people very mad.

Not only leaving one of my all time favorite characters to their less than pleasant fate brought a less than pleasant taste to my mouth, I also no longer needed to fear for my safety against most beings on earth. It might sound arrogant but I had power above all but stupidly OP beings like strongest of sorcerers and cosmic threats. So yeah, fuck leaving Laura alone.
