Ya know what? That’s a bit of a plot hole but strangely I don’t care. I need something wholesome after all of the other dark fanfics I read.
They tried to take Eri, so they could return her to her parents. But Eri refused to leave his side. Saying that she didn't have any parents. So they just left her with him.

Trying to granularly search through results, I realized just how famous we were. The Hero Ranking system wasn't fully in place yet so there was just the unofficial list, and my dad was in the top five. Unable to check who were genuine friends and who was riding his coattails I had to accept I was walking into this even blind.

Harry Potter: A Controlled Obscurus.

I did indeed take a small bit of inspiration from Harry Potter the Mutant Obscurus gamer. Mc is NOT a reincarnator or a transmigrator. But! The main difference is the fact that my fanfic is not a crossover story. The Mc is an obscurus and will stay in the HP universe. The only inspiration i took was the controlled obscurus. But anyways, this is a simple Oc insert fanfic. There will be NO bashing on the Weasleys or Dumbledore. I actually like the Weasleys and i would like to make a fic where Dumbledore isn't an evil manipulative asshole. Every harry potter fic i read has him as a manipulative evil man. Im just a tad bit tired of it so, Good Dumbledore. (still manipulative though.) I will try my best to show actual character development. Thankyou for reading.
