A second review because Iâve read more chapters of this book and itâs so deserving!!! Okay so, after the prologue, the first 4-ish chapters are not as action-packed and seem kinda slow, but it picks up almost immediately after and I realize that those chapters were kinda important to create a base knowledge/familiarity with the fmc, Jade, and the dynamics of her life and her complicated relationship with her parents. The story progresses greatly after that and I just NEED more chapters like immediately!!!!!!!
