Nit exactly! After WW2 the allies sat with Germans generals and did a critical evaluation of the doctrine. Even German Generals then accepted that it's focus was too tactical and ignored the bigger picture. Of course at start of WW2, Germans were still using horse driven carriages and the idea that the entire blitzkrieg was motorized was a fallacy. Only a small part of German Whermach was using motorized transport as production of armored vehicles and tanks took precedence. In such a scenario, the tactic focus of blitzkrieg was a natural progression and only to be expected. As the Blitzkreig coukd not be fought on strategic scale even if they wanted to due to logistical constraints and lack of motorized vehicles its focus was almost always on flanking maneuvers and trying to do double or single pincers envelopments against enemy military formations and forcing them to surrender. It worked most of times but on some ocassions like when enemy just refused to surrender in a city that was already surrounded or cut off oike that in Stalingrad the Blitzkrieg failed as Germans would have to enter city and fightback dirty urban war where the strengths of fast moving armored formations is almost instantly nullified.

The Panama Martial Association may have to recalibrate their scale for defining power levels and may have to create a new intermediary Martial class between the traditional Martial Masters and Master Sage. Blitzkrieg though tactically brilliant was a flawed strategy on strategic level. The Soviet Deep Battle doctrine instead was well suited for mobile warfare on a grand strategic scale. Are u planning to address the defects of German Blitzkreig while implementing it?
