from a youtube video I saw on boruto a while ago, a ten tail fragment gained consciousness and is currently the strongest being, even stronger than all the Ōtsutsuki members shown so far ( with the execption of the otsutsuki god of course). So With proper intelligence having that much raw power makes you unstoppable. (also I only watched 1 YouTube video so pla don't bully me if I missed anything)
