Looking up as I stare at the death coming my way, I hear a gun quickly unloading and the lanky fucks blow up soon after. Not even a blink, looking towards the sound of where the shots came form I see what looks like a helicopter hovering in the middle of the street and is just out of my reach. It looks heavily armored and almost sci-fi like. But what pulls my attention is a girl, she's tall with a healthy tan, black hair, yet the weird thing is how she's dressed. She most certainly is not military. Not with a cowboy hat, a trench coat with a silver star and jeans that have frills. But her hands are two guns I know fairly well.

I like how Author is developing a character that is meant to be hated giving her redeeming qualities-ish. Which I believe is a set-up for MC to get closure on his first love and a path forward to his new relationships. Also, I'm here for the drama when MC tells her he moved on but was deeply hurt. That's the good shit.Great job author! keep it up!

I still don't get where the Nepotism comes from? But the story hasn't even begun. Still I might have to reach to a few things to get solved magically with the force, but the force is literally magic, and some mysteries will be solved later. She killed her owner because he was hungover, tired from a journey and in a bad mood because he lost money gambling. She is not strong physically only knows more than she should. But the story will continue, you're free to drop this story. PS Also Nepotism is the practice among those with power or influence of favoring relatives, friends, or associates, especially by giving them jobs.
