Yes, it’s specifically geared towards supernatural abilities so anything biological or anything mundane won’t receive such a buff so stuff like mysticism or extra sensory powers if we’re being specific

Yes I did and I’m not going to turn this into a power or speed debate. I looked up each and every aspect of his powers and I did get answers lacking that they were of some of his limits. The problem is is that we’re not shown the limits of his powers. I’m trying to lowball for a reason.
I had asked my older brother what his maximum lifting strength was, and he told me the heaviest that he could carry. At least the heaviest thing he had carried was an entire city block that didn't have any skyscrapers on it. Yeah, that’s no contest because it’s been shown in the show and the comics that Omni man is definitely faster than the speed of light. If he was moving at his top speed, he wouldn’t be able to do it for too long but he’s definitely faster than Metro man by so much.
So I do have a decent ballpark on my current ability limits as Metro Man's speed clocks to around 1936 machs and sits firmly at a city block plus level of strength. But even though this may seem decently fast, you have to consider that by the time the minute is over a top-tier Superman could’ve already crossed an entire galaxy, so he is still funnily enough decently slow
