Most of your inquiry will be answered in later chapters. What kind of world is this?: the world is based in the middle 1800s where most modern technology is there, but not developed yet. There was a country that had "modern" technology, it was derived from Interstellar Species technology. They were secluded from society because of the Foreigns command. The power system: the System will allocate exp in every level from the loot. The exp itself is mana in disguised. Predetermined classes: people at the age of 18 will be granted a system during awakening ceremony. Some people get powerful classes,which then the System turn them into heroes. That's why the ceremony is called "The Heroes Awakening". The System: the System was created by the Interstellar Species to farm the population. When they die, they harvest their soul to make profit. Conclusion, though the world building is subpar, it will be explained later in later chapters. Sigh my original reply got deleted by the platform of some kind of error. I needed to rewrite it.
