My name is Barry Allen, and it's been five months since I became the fastest man alive. A lot has changed since then. For one, we have a new addition to the CSI team, a guy named August Heart. It's strange seeing him this early on. In the comics and TV shows, August is revealed to be Godspeed, a villain from the future. To satisfy my curiosity, I took a blood sample after he cut himself at work. His DNA turned out to be completely human—no abnormalities that would suggest speedster abilities. Not that I know what mutated speedster DNA looks like, but there was nothing unusual about his.

Brandon couldn't disagree with that but now he wondered what he should do with it? Glancing back at the box he thought about simply destroying the troublesome rock and he probably would do that in the future but for now, he wanted to study it. What was it about Kryptonite that weakened Kryptonians. Where was the weakness in his genes and how could he solve that? These were the sorts of things he wondered when he thought about it and thus decided to let it stay a while longer.

"I live in a hotel near the leather distribution district… and my name is Akira," I smiled, still not completely in love with my name… perhaps that would change in the future, or perhaps I would change my name, Aizen and Poseidon seemed like awesome options…. I just wish I remembered my real name, without it… all of this feels like playing pretend.
