MC have cheat system, but he is always weaker. System points are inconsistently earned, When his base had 1,000 people, he could earn 10,000 points daily. now he has 7,000 people, he only earn 20,000 to 30,000. Points earn by self killing are often not included in the system points. Author is forcing the story, not letting it naturally develop, forcing the slow pace of MC development and lengthing the story.

One of the underated novel. Give me a try, you guys won't regret it.
