it's really funny how the author made it so that vijay was a scientist at ISRO before reincarnating it has been years in the story but there have been no real science except making buildings and laws. anything science related is delegated to others to build. I know these are necessary as well but then why make him an ISRO scientist? now my head cannon is vijay must have been from a political family who did civil engineering btech, then got in ISRO via 'connections'.

According to the story, Vijay was from ISRO not PWD 😂 why is he so fixated on buildings ? industrialization should be his dream as a scientist not a new capital. the scientific method and mindset was the first step for it. this separated superstition from actual fact based thinking, spreading this should be Vijay's top most priority. because no matter how many schools you make, it will be useless if no new freethinkers arise. I think the main issue with this fan fic is that the author completely forgets that the MC is an reincarnate. He does not wish or want to use any of his knowledge from his world. example 1 - if the MC doesn't remember much about Naruto, it's still does not explain why his main objective has not been engineering as the world already has the tools to make a gun. just ask yourself if you are sent to Naruto world as a child with no skills or system. wouldnt you plan to make a gun or hand cannon as it will easily be able to take on jonins and chunins while being a genin. no the MC just went on to train is tijitsu. even if making one is complicated the MC can make a simple grenade with exploding paper as it would be more effective with shrapnil. and why does he not commission a karrambett knife as it is far superior then a kunai in hand to hand combat. in short , it's as if the MC never existed before coming to this world.
