i don't think Lucy did anything wrong. I'm gonna be mad if she apologizes and genuinely thinks she made the wrong choice.

oh man. Evelyn is now at the bottom of my "i like them" people list. she's not a bad guy, but she completely lost my support in this chapter. if she keeps being like this, either Lucy will leave or Lucy AND TOM will leave, there will have to be a severing of things and a big wall.

I'm not sure he's faking. he may be genuine but just seems like he's missing something because he grew up like Aaron did.
She had to admit, he really knew how to work a woman. He managed to lay on the charm without making it too thick (at least to the average person; someone savvy like Keeley wouldn't be fooled though) and make his conversational partner feel like she was the most interesting person in the world.
