Oh man, you have no idea! I realised that I kinda accidentally made Senku and the other Reincarnators way more interesting than Seija like twenty chapters ago. I've been planning some emotional hits for Seija way in the future and I'm worried they might not land because she's too boring to get invested in...

They were definitely a shinobi, that much he was certain of at a glance. They wore a long, black rain-cloak that reached down to their shins, with a band of flak armour covering their midsection. Besides that, they wore the standard shinobi legwear, complete with the usual sandals and legwraps. Another author using bold and italicised text? Nice! I haven't read very far into this story yet, but I'm giving it a high rating based on that alone. I respect the struggle of trying to get that finnicky system to work without accidentally gluing multiple words together.

Correct! Technically, the only things that aren't physical are things like mental attacks, soul attacks, reality attacks, etc. Anything that affects the body itself like fire or lightning is still physical.

Thanks for the question! It's because he doesn't care about them! He's so deluded into thinking that he is the center of the universe that he would forget that the others even exist if he didn't have a Quest to kill or recruit them. (Also Mimi posted her request in Global Chat 2.0, which Mishima was blacklisted from by Number #5)

It's called 3.1 because I foolishly named Volume 3 'The Third Shinobi War' which takes up a massive chunk of the timeline. It continues on from Volume 3 while being contained within it. (Yes, I forgot I could just rename Volume 3 to something else)

I just looked at this map again and only now do I realise that they put Genbu, the ISLAND turtle, in the middle of the Land of Lightning's landmass. How.
So to start with, I've come to the realisation that the map I've been following for the World of Naruto in this fic may or may not be faulty. I chose it because it SEEMED to be the only one that didn't include fanon content and was also annotated with every country there on it. If he had tried his power on someone like Retsu, who was calmer and more collected, it might have still worked, but Kenpachi's power was simply too rampant to be controlled by someone else. Hell, in canon, Kenpachi managed to reach such a high degree of power that it ripped his own body apart. I think just a single year's difference is more than fair for all the advantages that Seija has. Plus, we're 44 chapters in now. The entirety of Volumes One and Two were dedicated to Seija's training in her early childhood.
