So far (3 chapters in) the story is engaging and has some real potential. The mc doesn't seem super shallow and has some depth to him. The interactions are tame so far but that's because of the low chapter count. So ill say this will really shine as a hidden gem when we get to the 5-10 chapter mark.

Well, to be fair, that would only be for the most skilled people at the art. I've always imagined the average experience would be like one weird mushroom trip that flashed random memories to you. Because it was explained less as mind reading and more like mind surfing.
If someone was to read my mind with legitimacy, they would know everything I would know in seconds, and I would be helpless to stop them.
