My biggest principle was not being a hypocrite. I had already read countless shit where the protagonist is full of lust and keeps saying he will do this and that but when he transmigrates, he is the same. The same beta, dense, who shies away just from a single smile from the girl. I was so annoyed by such characters that don't even hold hands after hundreds of chapters for the sake of so-called plot/ character development.
