All around him would need to make a clean-cut decision of which side to pick, blurring the lines between families and ultimately reinforcing his human alliances, while forcing his enemies out to the open. He can save years (maybe decades) of political gambling with the war. Not to mention, the weakest links will fall in the fights. Raymond is doing a favor again for Khan, albeit a gore one.
