I will start by saying I like it so far, and will continue reading. I am adding this review so people are not surprised in case they have triggers. There is brutal torture after an attempted rape. The story to this point was sort of exaggerated comedy. Even the violence had a light hatred feel; then Bam, out of nowhere. If there is more of that, it may be prudent to add the Dark tag or something in the synopsis.

Started out really good. I liked everything about it. Around chapter 145-150 the MC starts to change into a passive/submissive guy who just excepts unreasonable abuse from all women. Even strangers and quasi-enemies. I had my wife and my sister read this part to make sure I wasn't being gender biased and they completely agree with me. They even criticized the lack of loyalty of those closest to the MC. I would like to know if this trend continues? I will keep reading for a little bit If I get a positive reply.

Why is everyone a sociopath? It is difficult to suspend my disbelief and immerse myself in the story when behavior and emotional reactions are not stable. In the fourth chapter, I was expecting the MC to wake-up from a nightmare. The principle is a sociopath. The spectators, even a bunch of ten-year-old's going through the same thing; all sociopaths?
