bro that's the thing raphael cannot betray his master/owner she is born whithin his soul.so betraying him means betraying yourself... in tensura or slime raphael wasnt sentient until she evolved to ciel what you saw is just ai or skill mimicking sentence. a skill cannot betray its owner (willingly)
