i came here cause i love both Touhou and Stardew valley. so far, its a decent fic. the author (not translator) seems to had a brain fart for over 30 chapters and made the MC pathetic but the MC finally remembered he is a world lord and he can (and will) kick people out :D and this is just the touhou part, we havent even had the Umas from Tracen academy show up yet. so final words: its a good story, has ups and downs but i advise giving it a shot before dismissing it.
