limit here is different than u thought, limit is not talent, i said human limit is '100' but not everyone can reach the limit, or even surpass it. i can said Might Guy had 95 Phy after many hard focus training, Madara have 89, Hashirama has 110 because wood-style, while Kaguya have 150 or even 300... no matter how strong they are, below '100' they still mortal human, they become weaker older they are, but Hashirama and Kaguya not affect by this. bloodline does not that strong, Uchiha bloodline ain't that strong, we can see it from how useless Uchiha Clan except Madara. Hashirama or madara strong because hidden buff from ashura and indra chakra....
