Overall was an interesting story, but the inconsistencies with MC "character development" seem overboard, and had me lose interest. Without spoiling too much, chapter 27 was too much. MC goes on and on about not wanting to be referred to as a monster, and lo and behold acts like a monster.

Haha, personal attacks or unbecoming. Not that I'm willing to provide personal information here to prove it, but I'm a self made young adult, who considers himself relatively successful. If he has an idea of what the film is worth, what he is worth, and knows an ask is reasonable, especially with his mom, an industry professional urging him, I am questioning the need for acting like a saint. Leading roles in 2 very popular works is free marketing. My question was geared towards the salary itself, I know little of salaries for child actors in Hollywood 15 years ago. my question is towards his mental state, which keeps jumping around.

Am I missing something, isn't he reincarnated? And even if he wasn't, I don't think I've ever seen a child negotiate for less. This is far from the first time I've felt the MC is far too immature for someone in their second life (even if he doesnt remember all of it, just enough to somehow recall exact box office numbers of low budget films). IDK, could just be me. Either way still interesting story so far, but these "immature plot points" take away from it in my point of view.

I rated this lower prior; however, I didn't drop and it has gotten more interesting. Ill stick with it a while longer (and update my review for now)

It started very strongly; however, the last 10 or chapters have been horribly boring. Effectively, a poor rehash of the exact events which happened in the book, without a slightest change. If I wanted a long summary, I'd just reread the actual book. The first 50 or so chapters where actually very interesting, had a distinct plot, but then he entered Hogwarts at the beginning of the 2nd book, and became a creepy stalker.

Thanks for the chapter, but I have a question. Do things speed up, it feels like it slowed down quite a bit. The last few chapters have been essentially very little happening/following plot. Was considering p*treon, but not if its the same pacing.

agreed, nothing has practically happened. just following the original story more or less as an observer

It started strong, but there is so much fanfic protagonist nonsense, that I'm wondering why even bother setting in this particular universe. Could have just made it a stand alone story, idk will read a few more chapters before deciding to continue/drop.

I still think it's too wordy and detail oriented about non important matters (even post chaoter 17)

It's not a bad novel, but the issue is there are so many unnecessary details that I doubt anyone reads. lengthy descriptions on an apartment building taking up more than a chapter, sooo much introspection with lengthy thought processes. etc.If there was more actual story, I probably would have rated this 5 stars.

Am I the only one seeing this chapter (only this one) in what I think is Arabic? Reset app, checked to make sure nothing in translation section (haven't even touched it before).

I know there are a lot of these types of stories, but I did like this take on the whole transmigrated into a video game story.MC seems to be interesting, plot moves fast enough, hopefully its not dropped anytime soon.
