As I worked, I could see the threads of Blood and Dark Mana curiously 'sniffing' the metal on the anvil, slowly creeping forwards and flicking across its surface, only to recoil whenever I hammered the metal or just got close to them.

Although papyrus was very expensive and it was a long shot any information would actually reach Terran hands, it was all they could do.

I kinda want that dark magic wine that Astra made a while back to come into play. That description gave me serious chekovs gun vibes. Maybe get her hooked on it, convince her it's some basic wine brand that's found anywhere so that she destroys herself trying to get another hit. Completely hands off and a realistic downfall for someone like her.
