I honestly liked this novel very much. It had a special place in my heart but now that I look at it I feel like Author himself decided to ruin it, this review contains heavy spoilers but I'll try to keep them at minimum First of all the first thing that was promised with this novel was a harem, which i clearly remember was present in the titles but as the story improved and gained a lot of recognition Author decided to remove that title. Now imagine it as you're a non harem fan and suddenly after 700 chapters the author decides to add the harem tag in the novel, this is exactly how you'd feel what I'm feeling. Now i know there still are many elements present that may lead to a harem story but with the path it is going it looks like it'll end up a mono romance. Second of all the death of major characters A major female lead, Yes a well written character was killed which really was a huge turn off to me and maybe other readers too. Now let's talk about the lazy writing The arcs although are in order and most of them are great but they feel like they are being milked by the writer just to extend the story. As you read the chapters most of them will go by without any development and feel bland. Authors' pacing is good but writing quality is bad. Next is the main reason which made me drop this novel, Author is heavily inspired by many ancient Greece Egypt stories, There's a scene in which Cleopatra decides to go in a bathroom naked with Julian (Mc's Friend). I don't understand what was on the authors' mind when he was writing this. So, one time Mc had sex with 2 girls under the effect of drugs and later he had to apologize to Cleopatra and make amends (another lazy writing) and in a next few chapters she just decides to get naked and bathe with Julian who's ofc courting her. I don't think making an excuse that she was naive is acceptable, A queen who runs an empire doesn't know when to get naked with a person when to not. That's just a petty excuse. There's another detail which I remember in the first chapters of this novel, Cleopatra character says to Mc that she doesn't mind if he decides to marry or fk other girls as long as she's his main and in the recent chapters she just changes her whole being lol Anyways read it at your own risk, I hope author read this post before deleting it.

lmao no did you drop after that? this is a cultivation novel mate crippling mc is not an option here. Tru there was a huge nerfing when he *spoilers* left martial world but that too was pretty reasonable if you're reading this novel for a long time

Only bad thing about this novel is that Mc is so fu***n arrogant and author himself admits that otherwise it's a great read

And the protagonist Ryu is not picking up girls like mcs in those trash harem novels. Fairy girl (second wife) is a great character sure we didn't see the first girl but we'll see her in the future. I bet you didn't even read how he left the fey queen when she attacked one of his wife lol

The countess found out he's a magi or at least has some potential, instead of killing him the instructor decided to help him. it's still a mystery why she's helping him

Although it's great, but I don't think it's a great idea to invest your coins in it as soon it too will be abandoned by the author. Update Cultivation online chapters
