mido_the_king2 years agoReplied to DaoOfCookieswhile that may be a valid option for someone who doesn't mind seeing characters dying like cedric and black Which isn't really Liam's personality, But keep in mind that Liam doesn't actually know if Harry wins in the end or not, he hasn't read the full story, but he does know of the prophecy and that Harry must be the one to defeat Voldemort, which leaves him with the conclusion that the best way to insure the Voldemort's defeat is to take away from his army while making sure Harry is on the track to defeat him, whether that was the right call, you will have to read to find out
