i dont think this is likely. it is quite like for animagus to bypass the ward but a werewolf is not an animagus but a dark creature and wards dont allow anything dark whether object/creature or someone with dark intention to pass
this idea has merit too but if lothar ends up dying without having secured any valyrian steel it is a pointless venture. Also lothar needs to have kids (being one of the few to have a purer blessed line to marry any future royal progeny or other blessed noble progeny) just my view to solve a future problem as the Prussians may have a long lifespan they will die with eventual thinning of blessed blood unless they too will eventually adopt Targaryen marriage customs out of necessity (though unlikely due to faith but stranger things have happened)
i agree with the opinion that the free cities will never collaborate with each other. this is true atleast according to canon.
i did not see much portrayal of the actual court all i read was harry potter ranting of instead of being cutting edge smart. the same thing happened with the maiden encounter with riddle. however the latest encounter with Dumbledore was very apt. concise, brutal and no rants
correct me if i am wrong but this is jow i understand the current situation percy was supposed to be occupied by the candidate who lost the sins competition but is somehow occupied by an entity who is from a different world and is figjhting against the angels who are in reality devilsthe girl isis is actually the MCs daughter from the future who has been manipiulated by future MC in going back on timd and trying to kill MC as a way to warn the MC about something also the Percy dude made a blood pact of not causing pain but has ways to bypass this and is actually a wolf in sheeps clothing
